Why the wait

We estimate that your order will arrive within 10 to 15 business days. That is what we expect it to be, and we would rather be honest about it than give you unrealistic expectations.

Your order can arrive earlier than this, and we hope it does. We just do not want to promise a date we cannot be sure of.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email you the tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Ordering for an event?

Please allow at least 3 weeks, and order early in busy periods such as December.
