This website is operated by Nari & Wave, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using our store
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate details at checkout and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Products and pricing
- We take care to show our products and colours accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We may change prices, products and offers at any time. We may also correct pricing or description errors, and cancel and refund any order affected by one.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Refund policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Discount codes and offers
Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be combined with other offers only where we say so.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos, graphics and the Nari & Wave name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
