We ship to addresses across Australia. Every Nari & Wave piece is sent to you from our supplier, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.

Delivery time

• Estimated delivery: 2 weeks (10 business days) from the date you place your order.
• Your order is prepared and dispatched within a few business days, then travels to you with tracking.
• We email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $220. For orders under $220, the shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, carrier delays, public holidays and peak periods can add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped.
